NB:- Please check your product upon delivery. We understand our products are bought months prior to little ones birthdays, Christmases, etc., however, we cannot replace any faulty items past 14 days. 
Shipping is calculated at checkout for all countries.
Please be mindful when purchasing with us as we do not offer refund's for change of mind, wrong choice as well as shipping delays on pre orders and deliveries. Please note transit delays may occur. Courier, trucking and Australia Post delays are not our responsibility once dispatched, We will do our best in ensuring we can track orders dispatched and keep customers up to date.
For faulty/damaged goods received (Please email us immediately)
Please note, our dollhouses are handcrafted products made from wood, MDF and will have imperfections as a result with each piece being unique.
  • If your item appears faulty when you receive it, please contact us at immediately! (Returned requests cannot be processed after 14 days of receiving product.)

  • Please email your order confirmation number followed by clear photos of the fault/damage so we can asses each customer's return individually.

  • Item/s must be returned in original unopened condition (original packaging).

  • Gift Cards may not be returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for exchanges.
